A true Canadian love story, Dawn and Darryl met at the one place both were known to frequent, a hockey arena. With Dawn being a mother of a Minor Hockey player and Darryl a former OHL player, their paths were bound to cross sooner or later. Unbeknownst to them at the time, they attended the same high school and their children shared the same birth date. Four years later, they merged their families and said ‘I do’ in the beautiful Islands of The Bahamas.
On November 16, 2016, Dawn & Darryl got married at The Cove Eleuthera Resort in Eleuthera Island, Bahamas.
The wedding decor for their “Barefoot Lovers’ Bliss” theme included nautical blues, twinkling lights and pastel-coloured flowers. Looking lovely in a silk wedding dress with lace bodice, the bride added an ethereal floral crown headpiece as she said “I do” in front of friends and family.
